**official rules**
Eligibility: Residents of any of the fifty (50) United States of America, who are age 18 or older, and who have a valid email address. The use of multiple email addresses for the same person is not allowed, to be fair to all participants. Multiple entries may be allowed, however, depending on entry methods specified for each particular giveaway (e.g., there may be one (1) entry for following LearningWithKai123 on YouTube, and additional entries for following on Facebook or Instagram, for example); entry methods will be described for each specific giveaway, updated here during active giveaways. (Stay tuned!)
Start and End Dates: Will be listed on the individual Giveaway posts for the item(s) to be given away, and updated here as an active giveaway is happening.
Method of Entry: To be determined, but will be absolutely free to enter; anyone following either my YouTube channel, Facebook page, or Instagram can email me expressing their desire to enter the giveaway. I don't want to just automatically include all followers just in case they have zero interest in the item being given away, so I will likely require an email to me at LearningWithKai123@gmail.com expressly asking to be entered in that particular giveaway. Entry methods and number of entries permitted will be announced for each specific giveaway.
Winner(s): Winners will be chosen at random, and notified via email that they won, at which time they will need to let me know the address to send the prize to. If I don't receive a response back within one week (7 days), the prize winner will forfeit their prize by failure to respond, at which point I will choose a different recipient, who will also be chosen at random. Same applies--failure to respond with mailing address within one week (7 days) will result in me choosing a different winner.
Prize: Varies by giveaway, but prize will be described clearly with an image included for each giveaway. The prize mailed will be the one shown in the image, if a physical item (I may also have digital items, such as a subscription to an educational website, in which case the prize will not be physically pictured).
Disclaimers: All prizes will be received as-is; Sponsor (LearningWithKai123.com) is not the manufacturer of any prize, only the Sender. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail, however I will mail prizes with shipment tracking to help ensure you receive your prize to the best of my ability. Sponsor not responsible for damage to prizes during shipping, and unfortunately some items are no longer available in stores and cannot be substituted, so let's hope they arrive safe and well. I will make my best good-faith effort to assist in any issues with receiving a prize, including contacting a manufacturer in regards to issues and help.
